In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or we have made a mistake on your order or your item has suffered a manufacturing fault, then please contact us at manufacturing faults are quickly resolved through an email to the manufacturer. In the rare case that this happens to you, you may benefit from contacting the manufacturer of the product for a replacement card, however they do not have any duty to fulfil this. In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty (the product purchased) and not the individuals cards inside. NOTE: Damaged cards inside blind packed products such as booster packs. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints or levy appropriate charges for issues raised after this period.
We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to yourself. If you Have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. If you have opened and used it we will not be able to accept the return. To summarize you can nearly always return an unwanted Item within the 14 day period as long as it has not been opened, or used and is still in the original packaging/sealed as received.
If the returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright. If you chose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition as they were received.
You may choose to cancel the order at any time up until 14 days after you have received the goods.
